GDCTA wants to congratulate the 2024 USDF Region 3 NAYC Junior/Young Rider Nominated Riders. NAYC is the highest-level Team Competition in all of North America; Teams/riders come from Canada, Bermuda, Mexico, and, of course, the United States. This year GDCTA is sending Juniors Alexis Troutman, Alice Burley and Virginia Woodcock  and Young Rider Kat Fuqua from Region 3!

GDCTA Junior/Young Rider members who were nominated for NAYC can apply for this travel grant. The grant is in the amount of $500, of which recipients will receive $375 prior to NAYC with the balance to be disbursed after NAYC.

The GDCTA members who receive the travel grants agree to promote GDCTA via social media. Upon their return from NAYC, they will attend a GDCTA meeting (via Zoom) and elaborate on how this grant helped them, sharing the story of their journey qualifying and the event itself just like the education grants. Not required but appreciated - photos from NAYC and a brief article for the newsletter.

Also, the Region 3 Teams are hosting a fundraiser with two options - purchases of Shirts/Hats, or advertising using your logo for the cost of $100. The ads will go on their banner used at Opening Ceremonies, and t-shirts which will be sold as more fundraising! Click here for T-shirt / hat fundraiser form. Or simply donate here.
